AITSALT – reduces salt in French bread. Dosage : 0,3%. Replaces up to 16,6% of the salt in the recipe.

AITSUGAR CAKE – reduces sugar in Cakes. Dosage: 1:1. Replaces up to 65% of the sugar in the recipe.

PRATIC LABEL – reduces fat in Brioches. Dosage : 10%. Replaces up to 31,4% of the fat in the recipe.
