MAXI SOFT is AIT Ingredients’ range of softness improvers for all fine breadmaking products (brioches, milk bread, sandwich bread, buns, pastries and wraps).
You can either use MAXI SOFT as a ready-to-use solution or with a technical improver to have an effect on the softness and/or how well it melts in the mouth.
The MAXI SOFT solutions are available in the PRO CLEAN version (with no emulsifiers or hydrocolloids) to meet the Clean Label requirements.
