EGG REPLACER improvers are economical solutions that allow you to substitute eggs in your brioches, briochettes and buns.
Use between 3% and 3.5% of the flour weight depending on the amount of egg in the recipe while adding water to the mixer to maintain the right dough consistency.
Our solutions are suitable for vegans* and are formulated using plant-based proteins.
